License Agreement for Purchased Digital Assets

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between the Purchaser (“Licensee”) and ALSOSAFE (“Licensor”). By purchasing and downloading digital files, the Licensee agrees to the following terms:

1. Personal and Internal Use Only: Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, print, and reproduce the files solely for personal or internal company purposes. The files may be printed as many times as needed within the Licensee’s organization, including by using a company printer. However, the Licensee may share the files with a third-party print shop only for the purpose of printing the files for the Licensee’s internal use.
2. Prohibited Uses: The Licensee may not resell, distribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit the files in any form, including physical or digital copies. The Licensee may not share the files with any third party outside of their organization (besides a third-party print shop).
3. Modification: Licensee may modify the files for internal use only. Modified files remain subject to the terms of this Agreement and cannot be shared, sold, or distributed.
4. No Transfer: This License is non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity.
